Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data NumberVerifyHub ("we") collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the website, dashboard and API.

Data we collect

  • Account data: the email address you register with, and a securely hashed password.
  • Usage data: the numbers you reserve, services and countries requested, and the verification codes delivered to those numbers — needed to provide the Service.
  • Wallet data: your balance and a ledger of top-ups and charges.
  • Technical data: IP address, request metadata and logs, used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • to operate the Service — allocate numbers, deliver codes and maintain your wallet;
  • to secure the platform, enforce limits and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • to communicate essential account and security messages, such as email verification.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (such as our hosting and transactional-email providers), and where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and wallet records while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Verification codes and reservation records are retained for a limited period and then removed.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and credentials are held as secrets, not in application code. Access to production data is restricted.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data from your dashboard, subject to records we must retain by law.

Contact
