These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NumberVerifyHub website, dashboard and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
NumberVerifyHub provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS verification codes, and a REST API for the same. Numbers are provided for lawful, one-time verification only and are not intended for long-term ownership of third-party accounts.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

The Service uses a prepaid wallet funded with cryptocurrency. You spend from your balance per number. Where a reserved number fails to receive a code within its window, the charge for that reservation is refunded to your wallet. Cryptocurrency top-ups are generally non-reversible; contact us from your dashboard about any billing issue.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of any particular code, or the suitability of any number for a specific service. Availability and pricing change continuously.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and NumberVerifyHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you spent with us in the 30 days before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
